Learn to Lead

Be assertive, stand up for yourself, present yourself in a confident manner. As a coach, I recognize that not everyone is comfortable taking the first chair in the orchestra, and sometimes when you do, it can become a hot seat. My coaching style is a down to earth exchange of ideas that will focus on you and the goals you have determined.

Evaluate the Landscape

Leadership is as much about evaluation as it is about broad shoulders. We tend to create visions of our leaders pulling the team up the mountain. But before any climb there is a strategy, a plan, and supplies to procure before heading out. Good leaders develop a map, align members, and coordinate rendezvous points to re-engage.

Accentuate the Positive

A great way to succeed in any leadership role is to portray the team from the positive frame. Facilitate an open exchange of ideas and creativity so that the entire group feels valued and appreciated. Mastering this style will carry a lot of weight as you start out, because it is the road less traveled much of the time.

Determined...Driven...Decisive

These are key action terms that every powerful leader has in their tool box. The decisive leader is determined to take the right course and lead the ship through calm or stormy waters to the destination. In our sessions, we will discuss strategies that make the "call for action" and what it feels like to engage the team to go full steam ahead.
My clients sense the full breadth of my program which can be broken down into many smaller sub categories. Let's discuss how we can MAP a course for you!
